Main objective and company policy of Y&Y Real Estate Investment Trust is to make agreements with local and foreign partners to develop new projects, to construct new residential areas with earthquake resistant materials and by using latest technology, to address the needs of not only some section of the society but the whole society, to have a balanced portfolio to increase productivity and to decrease risk of investors, to make information transfer from developed markets and to communicate with them and inform international investors in regards to the potential of Turkish real estate sector.
