As a portfolio management company, Y&Y Real Estate Investment Trust, was founded on December 23, 1997 in order to invest in real estate, real estate projects, real estate backed rights, and real estate backed capital market instruments and capital markets within the framework of the principles and procedures set with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board about the real estate investment trusts.

 

The company’s former trade-name of “İhlas Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.” (İhlas Real Estate Investment Trust) was changed as “Y ve Y Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.” (Y&Y Real Estate Investment Trust) after the purchase of the company by “Yeşil İnşaat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş.” (Yeşil Construction) and Rudolph Younes.

 

Y&Y REIT has established a new union of powers in real estate investments through the different vision created by the partnership of Yeşil Construction and Rudolph Younes. This great energy originating from the union of two powers having international finance potential and project experiences is opening a new era in the real estate investments of Turkey with their projects changing the casual standards and increasing the quality of life.

 

In addition to the liquidity obtained from real estate sales, in order to obtain financing for new projects, the registered capital of the company has been increased from 35 million TRY to 400 million TRY with the approval of Capital Markets Board of Turkey. The issued capital will be increased to the registered limit by growing fast with initiation of successful and profitable projects. Especially, investments in residences, shopping malls, business centers, hotels and also in residential projects targeting the middle-income group are planned to be implemented.
