Social Responsibility

Y&Y Real Estate Investment Trust follows a young and dynamic line that aims to adapt to the continuously changing market conditions in the sector. Under global market conditions, working with international investors are the most important values that Y&Y REIT believes is necessary for success.

For this purpose Y&Y REIT has become a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) organization on February 2000. Besides, on August 2, 1999 Y&Y has become a founder member of GYODER (Association of Real Estate Investment Trust) which has been established by the representatives of the existing real estate investment trusts in Turkey in order to represent and promote, encourage its development, and provide quality, control and education standards to real estate sector which is the leading sector that directs the economy.

Due to our synergy created with our corporate structure and employees improved with social responsibility concept, we are formalizing our social responsibility projects. For this purpose Y&Y REIT supported various activities and also explored what could be done against global warming threat with its employees.
