The target of our Human Resources Management is to develop personal performance and team performance with the processes and systems based on continuous improvement of quality and to offer a professional work environment and career developing opportunities to the personnel in order to enable the most efficient and productive utilization of human resources and to direct the management powers towards the targets of the Company.


To this effect:

-A working environment enabling all members of the personnel to use their capabilities and skills is provided.

-The personnel are evaluated in accordance with the objective criteria in respect of determinations of real wage increases, training requirements and career planning.

-The training environment in which the personnel can develop themselves, increase their successes and get prepared for higher positions and tasks is provided in or out of the company.

-The proper background for creating and proposing new ideas is prepared and solutions are found to the problems within the framework of mutual respect, trust, understanding and effective communication.
